- What happened
- You run, or are launching, a marketplace or online sales model with Thai users.
- The decision
- Which obligations your model triggers and which documents and filings to put in place first.
- What Corporly delivers
- A business-model and obligations assessment, then the terms, filings and data arrangements it calls for.
What is included, and what is not.
Included
- A business-model review: who sells, who buys, who holds funds, who sets prices and who is responsible to the customer
- An obligations assessment covering the platform, consumer, direct-marketing and personal-data questions your model raises
- Whether the platform must notify ETDA as a digital platform service, which can apply to foreign operators as well as Thai ones
- Whether direct-marketing registration applies. It is not limited to the seller: it can apply to a platform where customers buy directly on its own space
- The facts each obligation turns on, and the ones still missing
- Selected platform or consumer filings, where the assessment identifies one and the service is live
- Platform terms, seller terms, privacy notices and related documents drafted for your actual model
- Data-handling agreements between the parties, as recommended practice for how personal data is shared and processed
Conditional or quoted separately
- Direct-marketing registration, platform notification and privacy notices, where the business model calls for them, scoped individually
- Filings and operational changes that the assessment points to are quoted separately
Not included
- Documents alone do not establish compliance. They have to match how the platform actually operates
- Payment, stored-value and token functions are assessed under the financial and digital-asset service, with specialist coverage
- Information-security testing and technical audits are outside this scope
- No filing outcome or regulator response is promised
What happens next, and when the fee is agreed.
- Describe the modelWalk us through how the platform works and where Thailand comes in. This first step is free.
- Scope and feeAfter a conflict check, the lawyer confirms which questions the assessment covers, what it excludes and the fee.
- AssessmentThe lawyer maps each obligation to the facts it depends on and records what is clear, what is open and what needs a specialist.
- ImplementationYou choose the documents and filings to go ahead with. Each is quoted and scheduled separately.
- HandoverYou receive the final documents, evidence of completed steps and a list of the obligations that continue.
How pricing works
The first conversation is free. The obligations assessment is quoted as a fixed fee for a defined model and set of questions. Terms, notices and filings are quoted per item or as a defined package once the assessment shows what is needed. Government and third-party charges are shown apart from the professional fee.
A Thai-licensed lawyer leads the assessment and approves every document before it is released. Drafting tools help prepare first versions; the lawyer reviews each one against your platform's real operation.
How we workIs this the right service for you?
- Marketplaces and platforms launching or expanding in Thailand
- Online sellers moving from a simple shop to a multi-party or subscription model
- Foreign platforms adding Thai users, sellers or payment methods
What we need from you
- How the platform works, step by step, from listing to payment to delivery
- Who your users are on each side, and where they are
- Your payment set-up and who holds customer funds at each point
- The personal data you collect and the providers that process it
- Any existing terms or notices you already use
Questions about platform and online business support.
We can prepare terms, but they only help if they describe how your platform actually works. That is why the assessment comes first. For a simple, single-seller shop the assessment is short.
