How we work
Understand the route, the work, the cost and what happens next.
Every matter follows the same structure, with a written scope and a fee agreed before paid work starts. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm Thailand time (GMT+7).
The engagement
Five stages, in order.
“Fast” means prompt intake, scoping, coordination and updates. It never means a regulator's timing or a rushed legal conclusion.
- 01
Enquiry
You describe the product, users, money flows, ownership and what has to happen in Thailand, in ordinary language. We collect the names needed for a conflict check before any confidential work.
- 02
Scope
The responsible lawyer defines the decision, the confirmed and missing facts, the written output, the exclusions, the fee and the dependencies. The free first conversation is kept separate from paid legal analysis.
- 03
Assessment
The lawyer applies current sources to your verified facts and records the routes, the uncertainty, the risks and the decisions you need to make.
- 04
Implementation
You approve the modules that follow, with an owner, milestones, document requests and change rules. Waiting on a regulator or a third party stays visible on the matter.
- 05
Continuation
Handover contains the final documents, evidence of completed steps, and the obligations that continue with who owns each one. Ongoing support is its own defined engagement.
Responsibility and review
A lawyer owns the conclusions.
A Thai-licensed lawyer owns the conflict check, the professional scope and the legal conclusions. Whether a lawyer also reviews a particular document or filing depends on the service, and the written scope says so before work starts.
Systems and supervised AI prepare source-linked work, flag missing facts and track the matter. They never approve a conclusion. Uncertainty, legal risk, privacy and deadline questions go to the lawyer.
How fees are quoted
The fee method follows the kind of work.
| Work | How the fee is set | Quality control |
|---|---|---|
| Repeatable filing or change | The published fee for the service, or a defined quote. | Reviewed intake, a human check and evidence of filing. |
| Business-model or licence assessment | A fixed fee for a defined written question, facts and output. | A source-checked analysis with its assumptions stated. |
| Regulator-facing or transaction project | Stage fees with assumptions, change orders and named specialists. | Milestones, an issue log, your decisions and lawyer release at each stage. |
| Recurring work | Defined terms for a defined set of work. | Scope, exclusions and usage reviewed at renewal. |
Government and third-party charges are always shown separately from the professional fee. We tell you when a lower first fee buys an assessment rather than the whole downstream process.
Questions
Scope, fees and information.
Yes. It tells us whether we can help and what a scope would cover. It does not quietly turn into paid advice. Paid work starts only when you accept a written scope and fee.
