Innovative Business Entry and Regulatory Route

What happened
You are launching a digital product in Thailand, or entering with one, and the structure or rules are unclear.
The decision
Which structure and route to commit to before you launch, hire or sign.
What Corporly delivers
A written route map: activities, ownership, plausible routes, assumptions, open facts and an action plan.

What is included, and what is not.

Included

  • A structured description of the product, its users, its money flows and the activities carried on in Thailand
  • An ownership and control map, including where foreign ownership changes the route
  • The legal routes that plausibly apply to those activities, such as company structure, foreign-business restrictions and BOI, and any sector rules the facts raise
  • The assumptions each route rests on, stated explicitly
  • A list of open facts and unresolved questions, and who needs to answer each one
  • An action plan covering incorporation, licences, filings and contracts, quoted separately
  • Points that need a specialist, named before work goes further

Conditional or quoted separately

  • Execution of the chosen route, such as registration, licence or promotion work, is quoted separately against the route map

Not included

  • The route map identifies plausible routes and open questions. It is not a licence clearance, and no authority is bound by it
  • It does not promise approval, an exemption or a regulator's timing
  • Payments, stored value, tokens, telecom, health, gaming and other regulated functions are flagged for a separate, specialist-covered assessment
  • Tax, accounting, data-security and overseas-law questions are identified and referred, not answered inside this scope

What happens next, and when the fee is agreed.

  1. Describe the launchTell us what you are building and what has to happen in Thailand. Saying you are not sure is fine. This first step is free.
  2. Conflict check and scopeThe lawyer checks for conflicts, then sends the questions the map will answer, what it excludes, the fee and the delivery date.
  3. AssessmentThe lawyer applies current sources to your confirmed facts and records each route, its assumptions and its risks.
  4. Route map and walk-throughYou receive the written map and action plan, and a call to go through them.
  5. Your decisionImplement with Corporly, implement elsewhere, or stop. The map is yours either way.

How pricing works

The first description and scoping conversation are free. Where substantive analysis is needed, the route map is quoted as a fixed fee for a defined set of questions, facts and outputs, agreed in writing before work starts. Implementation work such as incorporation, licences and contracts is quoted separately against the action plan. Government and third-party charges are always shown apart from the professional fee.

A Thai-licensed lawyer leads the matter: runs the conflict check, defines the scope, applies current law to your confirmed facts and approves the route map before you receive it. Corporly's systems organise your answers and track sources; they do not reach conclusions.

How we work

Is this the right service for you?

  • Foreign SaaS, platform and technology companies planning a Thailand launch
  • Thai founders adding a product line or business model that may change which rules apply
  • Teams that have received conflicting answers about ownership or licensing and need the question scoped properly

What we need from you

  • What the product does and who uses it, in plain language
  • How money moves: who pays whom, for what, and through which providers
  • Who owns and controls the business, now and after any planned investment
  • What will happen in Thailand: staff, customers, servers, partners or payments
  • Your launch or decision date

Questions about innovative business entry and regulatory route.

If the structure is already settled and the activity raises no licensing question, company registration is the simpler service and we will say so. This route map is for the stage before that, when the activity, ownership or a sector rule could change what you need.

Not sure this is the right document, or unsure what to put in a field?
